To sign up as a sponsor go to the 'Advertise With Us' link at top menu, select an item and level and click in 'SIGN UP' button. Fill out all fields, write down your username and password for future reference, choose the best payment gateway for you and follow the steps to finish the process.
To sign up as a visitor go to 'CREATE YOUR PROFILE' at top of site, fill out all fields and click in 'SUBMIT'.
We will only remove a listing, on request, if is proven that this listing is an individual or sole trader. An incorporated or limited business will not be removed as it is in the public domain and is in the public interest to be reviewed.
If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgot your Password?' link on the login page. A password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided from your Contact Information. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the 'Manage Account' section, where the password can be updated.
The Review Collector
Click - Login > My Account > Business Tab > Review Collector.
This great little tool does all the work when collecting reviews from current or past customers.
Here you will see a section where you can enter a person’s title, name, surname and email address.
Enter as many peoples details as you want and then click submit.
The Review Collector then takes this information and sends a daily email to your customer asking them to review your business, leaving you to carry on with day to day operations.

Once you have a few reviews on your page put one of our Website Widgets on your own website and watch those sales rise as new customers feel more confident with your business.
This handy little tool is displayed on your website and potential new customers will see instantly see how your current and past customers have reviewed your business.
Choose which widget you like best, copy the html code and simply cut and paste this into the section of your website where you want it to arrear.
Once installed you only need to input your customers details and we do the rest for you.
Note: You need your Data Widget ID, Not the URL of your Twitter page
To obtain your Twitter Data Widget ID go to your twitter account and click the following;
Once your widget is created you will see a window containing the code, copy this code to notepad or word and scroll until you see;
Copy the set of numbers ONLY and paste these into the twitter section on Eooro’s business information page.
If you have claimed a business and its not in your account then it maybe that you did not complete the payment process. When a business is claimed if it is not paid for it will be removed from an account after 7 days. You will need to reclaim it as you did before.
To see the Google Stars for your business you need to make sure you have installed our Website Widget on your own website. The Google Star ratings can take up to 8 weeks to get crawled or categorized by Google, so unfortunately this is controlled by Google not Eooro.
Make sure that our emails are not going to junk mail, if they are simply click “not junk” and they should arrive in your inbox from then on. You can also add the email address to whitelist or safe sender.
If the business has not been claimed it will show a link on the page called “Claim This Business”, if this link is not on the page make sure it is indeed your business and not one with a similar name. If it is your business but the link is not there then send an email to [email protected], we may ask you for proof of business ownership.
First search our database for your business, if you see it click “Claim This Business” and follow the process. If your business is not in our system then go to “Claim Your Business” page and click the payment plan you want to use after the 6 months free trial. You will be asked to search again for your business, click “Add Your Business” button and enter as much information about your business on the information page. Once you have provided a payment method and it has been processed you will have access to all the features of your account.
If your business is not in our search results you can add it for free, search for the exact name of your business and click the green button titled “Add Business” at the bottom of the page. Enter all the details requested and click the submit button.
